UK Orders

 

All UK orders are sent via a tracked Royal Mail service. Delivery days are Monday - Saturday, excluding bank holidays. The estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days from placing your order.  For high demand releases delivery can take up to 3 weeks.    

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information, enabling you to track your parcel’s journey.

Whilst we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, delivery services may sometimes be impacted by events that are out of our control, and your parcel may take longer than expected.

International Orders

 

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DPD or DHL, depending on your location.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information, enabling you to track your parcel’s journey. Please check any updates sent by the carrier, as this may include important customs notifications. 

 

International orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
